Our Frying batter is use to fry anything thing you’re in the mood for fried, it goes well with anyone style of seasoning you use at home, it also gives meat and vegetables a delicious flavor and a beautiful all natural color.

Breaded Chicken Wings


  • 1 pack party wings unseasoned
  • 1 pack DJS Frying Batter
  • 3 tablespoons Jerk All purpose seasoning (Low Sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper or habanero optional




STEP #1: Place chicken wings in a bowl  wash them with lime juice + water drain and add our jerk All purpose seasoning and Salt over the top. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

STEP #2:  Place egg, milk and hot pepper in a bowl. Whisk until combined this step is optional being that you can just add 1 cup of our fry mix to cold water mix until smooth and runny not thick.

STEP #3: In a shallow bowl combine our All purpose frying batter mix and 1 tablespoon of jerk All purpose seasoning Whisk until combined.

STEP #4: Dip chicken wings into the egg/milk wash and then dredge in the seasoned frying mix.

STEP #5: Heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy duty pan over medium-high heat. Once oil reaches 350 degrees begin frying chicken wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
